Specialist in Cognitive Neuropsychological Psychotherapy and Research Doctor, she is Head of the Sports and Performance Psychology Service at the Istituto Superiore di Sanità (National Institute of Health) and at Apprendimento Avanzato (Advanced Learning) in Milan.

She is a lecturer and Coordinator of the Psychology Commission of the CONI Emilia Romagna School for Sport, as well as President of Breaking the Silence ODV, an association dedicated to preventing and combating violence in sport, schools and society.
